Isolate problems with power quality on 3-phase electrical equipment with this power analyser from Extech.
Optimised for use in both indoor and outdoor conditions with a sun-readable numerical backlit LCD screen, the Extech 382100 performs comprehensive system analysis, with the ability to measure, display and log up to 35 different parameters. Measurements are captured automatically on the included SD card and can be ported seamlessly into MS Excel for further analysis on PC (there is space for up to 30,000 readings on the SD card).
The Extech 382100 can be used to measure voltage (both phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground), current (phase-to-ground, KW, KVA, KVAR, and PF (phase and system), KWH, KVAH, KVARH and PFH (system) and phase angle. A set of high-accuracy auto-ranging current clamps isincluded as standard with the analyser for measuring current levels from 0.2A to 1200A.
You can set the Extech 382100 to store readings across a wide range from every 2 seconds to every 2 hours, making this analyser ideal for longer studies, or complex studies where you are trying to isolate a particular fault.
If you're testing high-power distribution systems, the Extech 382100 also includes an adjustable current transformer (CT) and potential transformer (PT).
